No matter temperature or clouds, people peel down to bare skin on the beach. Too cool for swimming, a fall day might seem perfect for sunning. Yet, weigh UV (ultraviolet) risks with your vitamin D needs? The intensity of the UV radiation lowers in fall and reaches its lowest point in winter. However, experts maintain that a sunblock of 15+ plus hat and sunglasses are necessary for protection. Golfers and boaters, that is you, too.
