Visitors Enjoy Grand Strand Weather

With temperatures climbing to levels warm enough to allow comfortable swimming, summer clothing, and outdoor dining, bikers descended upon the Grand Strand in mid-May. Roadway traffic included the occasional group of motorcycles rolling along, but for the most part life for the locals was as usual here along the coastline in almost-summer - just the predictable increase in traffic from winter numbers with vacationers arriving by car, van, truck, and plane to jump-start their vacations.
