With 3,500 square ft of space in the Grand Ballroom and a Pre-Function area of 1,000 square ft, the resort is a spectacular Ocean front retreat for your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, and Sunday brunch.
Our elegant Grand Staircase, designed in contemporary hues of chrome and glass, will welcome your guests in style. The Staircase is a popular and aesthetic background for wedding photographs.
With a warm pallet of cream, gold and beige and contemporary floating chandeliers, the Grand Ballroom is an ideal venue for large and small weddings.
The cocktail hour is situated on the Mezzanine, allowing an open feeling of space with its circular balconies overlooking the lobby.
Seating Arrangements Our flexible banquet space can accommodate six to eight guests per table. A well-designed head table, spacious dance floor, and built-in sound & light system can only add to making this important occasion that much more memorable. A custom seating plan will be created for you by your wedding coordinator.
Linens & Decorations We provide you with a traditional ivory table linen and napkin choices of ivory, blue, burgundy, or black to suite your personal taste. Enhancements to the decor might include specialty floor-length linens, flower petals strewn upon the dining tables, and specialty chair coverings.
Flowers, Photos, Music, and More Your wedding coordinator will assist you with suggestions for florists, ice sculptures, photographers, videographers, cakes and pastries, entertainment, and limousine services.
Overnight Accommodations We offer deluxe suites at special reduced rates for family and friends attending the wedding who may require overnight accommodations. In addition, our well-trained staff will be delighted to arrange sightseeing, entertainment, and cultural outings for your out-of-town guests.
Post-Wedding Brunch Your catering manager will work with you to develop anything from a simple, yet elegant brunch to an extensive array of gourmet delicacies to delight your senses.
Rehearsal Dinners: Celebrating Family Conveniently located in the resort, Just off Main presents a sense of casual elegance, warmth and togetherness that provides the perfect setting to gather and celebrate with your friends and family. For larger rehearsal dinner groups, the Avista Resort can provide a variety of unique settings in one of our banquet rooms.
