It's winter here at Avista Resort, which means some days are in the 70's, some days are in the 50's! We've had a great holiday season complete with beautiful decorations, holiday parties, and of course, our annual New Year's Eve Dinner and Celebration. We are looking forward to this upcoming year and the amazing times to be had at our beautiful resort!
Avista Resort has always been the most striking resort in North Myrtle Beach and now it's going to look even better with the painting and pressure washing we have been doing over the winter months.

The party keeps going all winter long! Join us for awesome food, specialty drinks, delicious wine and creative painting, and test your skills at Trivia, Karaoke, and Bingo! It's always a blast at Avista Resort!
Celebrate Valentine's at the beach with a night filled with amazing food and romance! Avista Resort's on-site restaurant is hosting its annual Valentine's dinner on Saturday, February 11, 2023.
Just Off Main will be serving an expertly prepared menu that will truly tantalize your taste buds!
This March, the North Myrtle Beach Sunglasses Half Marathon and 5K is coming back to the Grand Strand, where runners of all experience can take on a very flat course while earning some of the coolest (and biggest) medals for a race!
Our featured employee this quarter is Lace Alvarado, our reservations manager. Lace was born in Delgado, El Salvador and was adopted by a family in Maine, where she grew up on a dairy farm. She learned the value of hard work, having to help take care of animals, working the land, and dealing with the harsh New England winters! Lace excelled in both sports and music in school as a track star and achieving All-State Chorus honors three times.
Lace has lived in the Myrtle Beach area for almost two decades and has experience as a reservations manager, front desk manager, assistant general manager, and general manager. Her kind and attentive nature makes her a joy to work with. She is passionate about providing the best experience for guests and gets genuinely excited when they book their North Myrtle Beach vacations. We are all lucky to have her on our team!
The exciting rappelling event is returning to Avista Resort on February 25th, 2023!
Over the Edge will feature up to 92 brave and generous rapelers who will descend 17 stories down the side of Avista Resort. For more information, click here and stay tuned on social media!
