Barefoot Landing Red, White & Blue Celebration
Barefoot Landing is throwing their annual Red, White & Blue Celebration this 4th of July. This year’s race will begin at 7:00 am on Monday, July 4th, 2022, and there will be an additional 50-yard kids dash after the race. Listen to the sounds of the Steel Drums as the Tropical Jammers perform as you wait for the fireworks show to begin. Fireworks will be bigger and better this year as they celebrate the 4th of July at Barefoot Landing!
Salute from the Shore
Spending the day at the beach before the big firework celebrations around town can be just what the doctor ordered. Around 1:00 pm, look up in the sky as you witness a grand celebration of Salute from the Shore. You and your family can see F-16s along with C-17s making their way down the coast of South Carolina. What a great way to honor those who are or have served for our country to fight for our freedom. The kids will love this event, and it is one that you will want to see for years to come every 4th of July.
For many, the 4th of July means fireworks to help celebrate our Country’s Freedom. There will be several places where you can catch the fireworks along the Grand Strand. First up is at Cherry Grove Pier in North Myrtle Beach, beginning at 9:30 pm. Next is the Second Avenue Pier at 10:00 pm, along with Broadway at the Beach, Marsh Walk, and Barefoot Landing. Grab your towels, beach chairs, and a small snack as you enjoy the show in the sky this 4th of July with the family!
